New Moon
- Write down one clear intention for the coming cycle.
- Start new habits. The growing Moon will “carry” them with you.
- Declutter one small area. Empty space invites new beginnings.
- Schedule demanding work for the waxing weeks that follow.
- Rest more, because energy is naturally at its monthly low.
